We are a 100% out-of-network, cash-pay concierge mobile practice. By stepping outside of the restrictive insurance system, we are able to provide you with 1-on-1, customized care directly in the comfort of your home or office. No crowded clinics, no assistants, and no hidden fees.

Our Flat Rates

• Comprehensive Mobile Evaluation (60-90 minutes): $225

• Single Mobile Treatment Session (60 minutes): $200

• All rates are all-inclusive of travel, customized exercise portals, and direct text access to your physical therapist.

Most injuries require a dedicated plan to truly heal and build lasting resilience. We offer pre-paid program bundles to lower your per-session cost and guarantee your spot on out schedule.

• The RECOVER Program (Eval + 4 visits): $960 (Save $65)

• The REBUILD Program (Eval + 8 visits): $1640 (Save $185)

• The RETURN TO PERFORMANCE Program (Eval + 12 visits): 2,240 (Save $385)

What about my insurance?

For Private Commercial Insurance: 

Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a monthly "Superbill" (an itemized medical receipt). You can submit this directly to your insurance company to seek reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits.

For Medicare Beneficiaries: 

Federal law prohibits physical therapists from issuing superbills or treating Medicare beneficiaries for skilled physical therapy. We can work with you strictly under our Performance and Wellness Programs.
